Messiah Lutheran Church...

VACANCY COVERAGE: Due to a variety of factors, a variety of pastors will be filling the vacancy at Messiah, Hays. Pastor Schmidt of Natoma and Plainville will be filling the role of Administrative Pastor, he will be attending the Parish Life and the Board of Director meetings each month and will be in the church office on Thursdays from 10AM-4PM (Oct. 27, Nov. 3, 10, 17, Dec. 1, 8, 15, 22). He can be reached at revschmidt@yahoo.com or at 785-885-8308. Pastor Schmidt is also the Circuit Visitor and will be assisting in the call process.

Pastor Hiesterman of Philipsburg will be the primary Sunday morning pastor, he will be covering all services through the end of the year. He can be reached as jshiesterman@sbcglobal.net

Pastor Hiesterman will also be here for Advent Services at 7:00pm on -Nov 30, Dec 7, Dec 14. He will be having Christmas Eve Service @ 7:00pm, as well as Christmas Day Service – One Service Only @ 9:30am

Pastor McDermott of Plainville will be visiting those who are shut in, either in the nursing home or in their own home. He can be reached at twomax@ruraltel.net

** First Day of Sunday School-  August 28th, 2022  (9:45-10:45am) (Snack provided for participants each week)

AGES:   Children ages 2 years thru 12th grade!
 

MIDWEEK START UP:

** Midweek Parent Orientation on Wednesday, August 24th, 2022 (5:30pm) includes a meal for the whole family!

** First Day of Midweek- August 31st (5:15-7:30pm) (Meal provided for participants each week)

AGES:   Children grades Kindergarten thru 12th grade!
